In a small microwaveable bowl, combine the coconut cream and honey. Microwave until the mixture becomes smooth, about 1 minute.
Add the coconut cream and honey mixture to the rice and mix until evenly combined.
Into a small cylindrical mold, place a think layer of the rice. Add 2-3 matchstick sized strawberry and pear slices. Layer more rice on top of the fruit and compress until firm.
While molded, slice into 4 even sections.
Unroll one of the fruit roll-ups and place the molded sushi on top. With the sections as a guide cut the fruit roll-up into strips and roll to cover outside of sushi.
