Add rice, coconut cream, and coconut milk to a pot.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stir frequently for approximately 30 minutes. Add water as necessary prevent mixture from becoming too thick.
Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar to taste. Cook until rice is tender and the mixture is thickened to desired consistency, about 15 minutes.
Serve in a bowl, garnish with mango if desired.
